~Local Events Feature Our Flower Arrangements~

I thought I'd share with you information about the events that we have been creating flower arrangements for. We love to do event designs & take the opportunity to treat them as a wonderful tool for advertising.
Since what we do is very visual, providing flower arrangements for events, such as these is vital to our business. We feel that this is by far the best way for us to utilize our advertising budget & provide great flower arrangements for wonderful causes & events. We enjoy the opportunity they provide for us to create artistic pieces using unique flower & color combinations or common flowers used in unique ways.

Evan Todd Salon /Day Spa Hosts SOBA Ladies Night



This was the SOBA event held at Evan Todd Salon / Day Spa at the Wabash Landing in West Lafayette. The wonderful staff of the salon provided manicure, pedicures, facials, haircuts etc. for free to the women of the SOBA group. SOBA stands for Sick of Being Alone & is an organization for women who have been in abusive relationships.



The photo on the left is a vase of 25 mixed color roses, one for each of the ladies to take home with them after their evening of pampering.
The photo on the right was placed in the reception area of the spa. It was an artistic design using Belles of Ireland, Royal Sunset Lilies, Celosia, & Red Roses accented with fresh baby pears that were "borrowed" from a neighbor's pear tree.

The Muse Venue Hosts Purdue Staff (Event Dept. Heads)





The Muse Venue played host to staff members of the different departments who would be scheduling events throughout the year from Purdue University. They provided food, beverage & the venue site....we provided the flowers.
The first photo was designed using Belles of Ireland, Queen Anne's Lace, Horse Tail, & White Roses, it was placed inside the venue beside the large The Muse Venue sign.
The second bouquet has mixed greenery, Horse Tail, White Roses, Hot Pink Carnations, this one sat on the registration table inside the front door.
The last bouquet was placed on the bar. It was designed in a large cosmopolitan glass & had large Antique (green, cream, & pink) Hydrangeas, Hot Pink Roses, Celosia, & Bear Grass.


University Plaza Hotel & Holiday Inn City Centre "Marry"



The University Plaza Hotel & The Holiday Inn City Centre are now under one company & recently held a "Marriage" celebration for many of their best customers. It was held in the ballroom of The Holiday Inn City Centre & featured wedding cakes from 4 different Bakeries & Wedding Cake designers. We were one of 4 local flower shops that provided the table centerpieces for the event. Here are the photos of the 8 centerpieces we created.

This piece was Sunflowers, Red Roses, Baby Pears, & various greenery. It was one of the pieces that sat on the head table.



The arrangement in the topphoto was placed on the buffet table & was designed using a box covered with moss filled with Green Hydrangea, Gold Mini Gerbera Daisies, Curly Willow & various types of greenery.
The bouquet on the Bottom was placed on one of the guest tables & was designed using Green Hydrangeas, Gold Carnations, various greenery, & a topiary made from Gold Alstromeria.



The centerpiece on the top was designed with Belles of Ireland, Gold Alstromeria, Purple Alium, Coral Roses, Baby Apples. The topiary was a moss covered sphere with butterflies & Purple Alium.
The bouquet on the bottom has Green Hydrangea, Deep Red Gerbera Daisies, Horse Tail, & Belles of Ireland.



This long & low centerpiece is made using Green Hydrangea, Belles of Ireland, Green Apples, Bear Grass, Bicolored Yellow & Coral Roses with various greenery.
The bouquet on the bottom was also on the head table. We made it using Green Hydrangea, Coral Roses, Brunea Berries, Aspidistria leaves & various greenery.




This smaller arrangement was designed using Peach Stock, Coral Roses, Coral Alstromeria, Peach Gerbera Daisies & Curly Willow.
