I am confused, Is this where I vote for the reader's favorite?

I really like my own tree:) LOL Who else has over 100 year old angel on their Tree?

The Muse's tree full of grandchildren sunshine is great fun.
I did find one other beauty.

But since I am a lady most of the time...and after viewing those I could find...I vote for Lady Jane's Emporium's Joyful Tree!
In fact I just might have to be a copy cat and make J.o.y. a part of my tree next year. Then my angels could sing JOY TO THE WORLD!

I keep reading the rules since you said no one has followed them all.
I can't figure out what I haven't done.... I thought I checked each one off.
I became a friend
I left my link
Posted a picture of my tree with your name and this competition

Is the Muse's new game to play?

Seriously, I can wish you a great night:-)

The White Iris

The Iris danced across
the ancient Grecian skies. Gliding with her
embossed
satiny milken sides.

Her lithe and nimble limbs moved methodically...
From her cream white petals to her supple stem. The nectar that she carried was transposed into a hymn.

"I must use my moments wisely, for they shall soon pass away... And be lost to me forever... A mere memory of my yesterdays...

"Thus she sung
And thus she cried.
Her voice set to harp
And lyre. So true a call
So true a heart did Zeus himself see...

"Come now unto
Mt Olympus

Oh white Iris,
And our announcer be"...
She floated along
In such a curving grace...
Transposed she was
In time and space...

The blessed arched path
Which she did go,
Became the journey for
All our eternal rainbows.
